Juan Jaramillo is a Deaf artist, director, and writer based in Toronto, Canada. He is the founder and artistic director of Dancing Hands Theatre, a Deaf-led company creating inclusive performances for both Deaf and hearing audiences.

His original works include Fernando and His Llama Friend, But The Truth Is…, and Misinterpreted. Juan has performed and taught internationally, including in the UK, Scotland, Colombia, and across Canada, and is dedicated to mentoring emerging Deaf artists and expanding opportunities for Deaf-led performance in theatre and dance.
