Lindsay is a deaf artist, designer, and community builder, and the Founder of Creative Connector, a national arts service organization dedicated to amplifying the work of Deaf and Disabled artists. Her leadership has shaped multi-year initiatives such as Crip Interiors, The Disability Files and The Access Playbook, helping presenters and organizations embed accessibility into their programming with clarity, values, and sustainability.
